Here is a detailed overview of the experiences and services available at AELEMENT.
Each offering has been designed to support progress, consistency and flexibility, while preserving the atmosphere and quality of the club.
From structured group training to open gym access and private coaching, every service follows one principle: intentional training in a calm, well-organized environment.
Group Training
Small group training sessions form the core of Aelement.
Sessions are intentionally limited in size to ensure quality coaching, space, and a focused training atmosphere. Workouts follow an athletic training methodology inspired by performance preparation. Combining strength development, conditioning, mobility, coordination and nervous system training.
The objective is not simply to exercise. It is to build stronger, more capable and more resilient bodies over time, while remaining fully adaptable to both beginners and experienced members.
Classes run primarily in the late afternoon and evening. As the community grows, additional sessions may be added progressively to maintain comfort and availability.
Group sessions always have priority over open gym access to preserve structure and coaching quality.
Open Gym
The open gym gives members the freedom to train independently during club opening hours whenever the space is available.
Time slots can be booked directly through the Members App. The schedule clearly shows when open gym is accessible, based on moments where no group training, private coaching or club activities are taking place.
Group classes and personal coaching sessions always have priority, ensuring a structured and comfortable training environment for everyone.
Open gym is included to offer additional flexibility. Allowing members to train on their own, complement their classes, or follow a personal training plan alongside coached sessions.
Personal Coaching
Personal coaching is designed for individuals seeking a more personalized and focused approach.
Private and semi-private sessions are available both for members and non-members.
Sessions can be tailored around three main areas:
Performance Coaching — athletic training, strength, movement and physical development
Mindset Coaching — overcoming mental barriers, building confidence and clarity
Habits Coaching — sleep, nutrition, recovery and daily routines that support long-term health and longevity
Each coaching experience is adapted to the individual, whether the goal is performance improvement, lifestyle change, or personal development.
Semi-private sessions allow friends, partners or small groups (up to three people) to train together while still benefiting from individualized attention.
